Account Registration: Full name, email address, and a team name you choose. This information is required to create your account, identify you within draft leagues, and send you essential service communications.
Draft Participation: Phone number (optional, for SMS draft alerts), fulfillment preference (pickup or delivery), and delivery address if applicable. This information is required to coordinate the logistics of your beef share.
Ranch Partner Applications: Ranch/farm name, contact name, email, phone, location, breed and feed program details, Premises Identification (PID) number, insurance documentation, and certifications. This information is required to vet and onboard ranch partners.
Payment Information: Payment details are processed by our third-party payment processor and are not stored on our servers.
Automatically Collected: When you visit the Platform, we may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited. This information is used to improve the Platform and is not linked to your personal identity.

Express Consent for Marketing: Under CASL, we require your express, opt-in consent before sending you any Commercial Electronic Messages, including marketing emails, promotional offers, or invitations to join paid draft leagues. We will never use pre-checked consent boxes. You must actively check the consent box during registration to receive marketing communications.
Implied Consent for Service Communications: By creating an account and participating in a draft, you provide implied consent for us to send you transactional and service-related communications that are necessary to deliver the service you requested (e.g., verification emails, draft notifications, payment confirmations, fulfillment updates).
Withdrawing Consent: You may withdraw your consent for marketing communications at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link included in every marketing email, or by contacting us at info@fantasybeef.com. We will process your unsubscribe request within 10 business days as required by CASL. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect service-related communications necessary to operate your account.
We only collect personal information that is strictly necessary to provide our services. We do not collect information "just in case" it may be useful in the future. We will not ask for information that is not directly relevant to the service being provided (e.g., we will not ask for your date of birth or employer to purchase a beef share).
